1. Scope

This policy applies to all service purchase transactions on the following digital platforms:

1. ABhome MyTalent
2. ABhome Admission
3. ABhome E-Course

These three applications are ABhome Education platforms, and all provisions in this document apply fully to all products mentioned.

2. General Provisions

1. Payments Are Final
   All payments made for individual transactions are final and cannot be canceled or refunded in any way.
   This policy covers purchases of services, additional features, or other digital content on these three applications.
2. Exceptions for Partner Customers
   Partner customers, such as schools or communities that accidentally make payments independently (for example, personal payments for accounts that should be billed through a partner), may request a refund.

3. Refund Request Procedure for Partner Customers

1. Contact ABhome Public Relations via WhatsApp at wa.me/6285890900001 or email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
2. Include the following details:
   • Name of the school or community of origin
   • Name and email address of the account used in the application
   • Name of the application used
   • Proof of payment
   • A brief explanation of why the refund is being requested
3. Our team will verify and confirm the request with the relevant authorities within the company.
4. If approved, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days from approval.

4. Important Notes

1. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
2. Administration fees or deductions from the payment gateway are non-refundable.
